"Through the Portal" Concert in Planetarium

Experience a musical performance like no other with Through the Portal -- the new instrumental album written by harpist David Helfand and violist Justin Lader set to fulldome space-themed visualizations under our 40 foot planetarium dome!

 

Through the Portal is an epic space music opus that is dedicated to loved ones who have passed on and explores the deep mysteries of life. The album features the haunting, angelic sounds of the mellotron, along with the harp, viola, cello and percussion. This concert will feature a live performance of the album in its entirety with immersive fulldome visualizations of planets, nebulas, and galaxies. 

 

Showing Saturday, June 3 at 7:30 PM, Sunday, June 4 at 5:00 PM, and Sunday, June 4 at 7:30 PM. 

 

Tickets are available online or can be purchased in person at the Science Factory. Doors open 30 minutes prior to scheduled show time. Please note that we do not allow late seating.
